摘要
随着市场经济的充分发展、社会信息化进程的加快及期刊出版单位体制改革的推进,我国的期刊出版工作日益呈现多元化。多元化的出版情况加大了期刊编目工作的难度,一号多刊、多号一刊、书号出刊、刊号出书等现象给编目人员提出了新的挑战。针对不同的出版情况,编目人员需要采用不同的著录方式,以期提高数据质量,为读者快速、准确地查找文献提供更好的服务。
With the full development of the market economy, the acceleration of the social informatization process and the promotion of the periodical publishing unit system reform, the periodical publishing in China increasingly presents the diversified phenomenon .The diversified publishing situation increases the difficulty of the periodical cataloging work,such as one International Standard Serial Number（ISSN） and CN Serial Numbering（CN） have more than one periodical, one periodical has more than one ISSN and CN, using International Standard Book Number（ISBN） to publish the periodical,using ISSN and CN to publish the book,these phenomenons put forward new challenges to the cataloging personnel.The different publishing situation requires the cataloging personnel to use different ways of the description, in order to improve the quality of data and provide readers with better services for searching the literature quickly and accurately.
