The management mode and operation mechanism of university laboratories are not the same ,having different features .Regardless of the mode and mechanism , the laboratory management should be based on serving teachers and students .The laboratory management should follow the norms of science as a standard , take continuous learning and innovation as a driving force ,and have cooperation and effective implementation as a safeguard ,in order to continue to promote the scientific development of laboratory management .
