摘要
目的 观察针刺脊背腧穴对脑卒中病人躯干控制的影响。方法 针刺脊背腧穴结合床上功能训练治疗脑卒中软瘫期 32例，并与传统针刺结合床上功能训练组 32例进行临床疗效对照比较。结果 两组治疗前后躯干控制积分均有明显改善，差异有非常显著意义 (P < 0． 001)：两组有效率均为 100％，而治疗组完全恢复率为 50％，对照组 15． 63％，差异有非常显著意义 (χ 2=8.58,P< 0． 005)。结论软瘫期针刺脊背腧穴能明显提高躯干的控制功能，疗效明显优于对照组。
Objective To observed the effect on stroke patient trunk control with Acupuncture at Back Shu－ point .Methods 32 patients of flaccid paralysis were treated with acupuncture at Back Shu－ point combined with function training on bed and 32 of the patient were treated with needling traditional acupoints combined with function training on bcd as control group, clinical therapeutic effects were compared. Results Both group made a great improvement of the trunk function (P < 0.001), all have a 100％ effetive rate, and the healing rate of treatment group was 50％ , control group's was 15.63％ , the difference is significanfly(χ 2=8.58, P< 0.005).Conclusion acupuncture at Back Shu－ point has a good effection in improving the function of trunk control of flaccid paralysis patient.
