摘要
目的 对病毒性角膜炎患者采用中西医结合治疗,并对临床疗效进行观察和分析.方法 自2011年1月～2012年12月,我院我科收治病毒性角膜炎患者60例随机分成两组,对照组（30例）给予西医治疗,实验组（30例）给予中西医结合治疗,并在治疗过程中对两组患者的症状缓解时间以及痊愈时间等进行记录.结果 实验组痊愈16例,显效8例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%;对照组痊愈8例,显效7例,有效8例,无效7例,总有效率为76.67%;与对照组相比,实验组的症状缓解时间以及痊愈时间均较短.结论 对病毒性角膜炎患者采用中西医结合治疗,临床效果显著,值得借鉴和推广.
Objective Combined treatment of viral keratitis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, observe and analyze the clinical curative effect. Methods From 2011 January to 2012 June, 60 patients with viral keratitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （30 cases） was given western medicine treatment, the experimental group（30 cases） was given the TCM treatment based on Western medicine, and in the process of treatment the two groups of patients with symptomatic relief time and recovery time were recorded. Results In the experimental group, 16 cases were cured, 8 cases markedly effective, effective 4 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.33% ; the control group 8 cases were cured, 7 cases markedly effective, effective 8 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency of 76. 67%; compared with the control group, the experimental group time of symptom relief and. recovery time are short. Conclusion The combined treatment of viral keratitis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the clinical effect is significant, worthy of reference and promotion.
