摘要
为纪念明代医家杨继洲撰著《针灸大成》刊行 4 0 0周年 ,简介该书主要内容和特色。书中节录诸多针灸著作原文和针灸歌赋而加以注解释义 ,并汇集杨氏针灸医案等 ;对针灸药三者的治疗作用 ,强调合力为治 ,又主张各取所长 ;对透穴针法承先启后力求创新 ,并讲究针刺手法 ,根据不同穴位轻重深浅有别 ,对灸治壮数多寡不拘泥古法等 ,均很有特色。
In memmoration of Yang Jizhou,a well-known physician in the Ming Dynasty,having written“Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion”for 400 anniversaries,the paper presents the main contents and characteristics of the book.The book excerpted many passages and acupuncture odes from previous books and annotated them,and the author’s medical cases were also listed.This book stressed the integration of acupuncture,moxibustion and herbal medicine,however,respective advantages were believed to develop fully.The acupoint coordination and acupuncture manipulations were developed.The acupuncture depth depended on the acupoints and areas,and the cones of moxibustion on individual condition instead of ancient statements.
