摘要
采用ELISA方法对从一个犊牛舍空气中分离到的魏氏梭菌进行型别的鉴定。结果显示 :88%的菌种属于A型 ,3 4 %为C型 ,8 6%是D型 。
One hundred and seventeen strains,that were insolated from the air of a calf stable,classified with ELISA Tests.The results showed that these Clostridium perfringens belonged to toxovar A (88%),followed by toxovar D(8 6%)and toxovar C(3.4%).Toxovar B could not be proved.Toxovar E here was not taken into consideration
