摘要
肝癌的局部介入治疗是在医学影像学的基础上,以影像设备和技术进行精确引导定位,将药物、生物制剂、基因治疗制剂以及高新医疗科技材料等注入肿瘤内部进行治疗的一种方法。超声引导技术具有实时监控,引导准确、创伤小、安全有效、操作简单和可重复性等优点,现已成为与外科手术治疗,区域性血管介入治疗并重的三大主要肝癌治疗方法之一。达到了有效治疗肿瘤或者是减瘤,减轻症状目的,提高了患者生活质量,延长了生存时间。随着超声技术的发展和人们对生活质量要求的不断提高,超声引导微创介入治疗已成为肝癌治疗领域最为活跃、具有广阔发展前景的一个新兴专业领域,必将在人类肝癌的治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用。未来的超声介入治疗必将对传统的医学模式产的深远而重大的影响,在现代医学中的地位将越来越重要。
The local intervention therapy of hepatic carcinoma is a tumer treatmemt, which can make drugs, biologics,gene products, and new medical materials be injected into tumor tissu by medical imaging equipment and technology precise positioning. Ultrasound-Guided intervention has the advantages of real-time monitoring, accuracy, micro-trau-ma, safety, high effectiveness and repeatability, and now it becomes one of the three major treatments of hepatic carci-noma, as important as surgery and regional vascular intervention. Ultrasound-Guided intervention has attained the goal of effectively treating tumors, reducing tumors and relieving symptoms, improving quality of life and prolonging survival time. With the development of the ultrasonic technology and the continuous improvement of quality of life, ultrasoundguided minimally invasive intervention has become the most active and prospective method for the treatment of hepatic carcinoma, which will play a more and more important role in this disease. In the future ultrasonic intervention will make profound impact on the treatment of hepatic carcinoma, and take a more and more important part in modern medicine.
