摘要
目的 观察经皮肝穿刺瘤体内注射中药制剂华蟾素注射液治疗肝癌的近期疗效 ,探讨其在临床应用的价值。方法 2 8例肝癌病例分为瘤体内注射华蟾素 (研究组 18例 )和瘤体内注射无水乙醇 (对照组 10例 ) ,治疗 2月后观察疗效 ,统计治疗后瘤体的大小 ,回声改变及血流指数治疗前后变化。结果 治疗后从临床症状、声像图改变及血流指数变化比较 ,治疗组效果优于对照组。
Objective To study the value of Chinese herbs preparation Huachansu injection on clinical application, by observing the recent curative effect of injecting tumor body with Hua Chansu injection via puncturing skin and liver for curing the liver cancer. Methods 28 examples liver cancer cases are divided into two groups, injecting with Hua Chansu injection (study group18 examples) and the absolute ethyl alcohol (comparison group 10 examples). After two months treatment, we observe the curative effect by adding up the change of tumor body's size, echo and bloodstream index.Results Comparing with the changes of the clinical features,acoustic image patterns and bloodstream index after curing, study group' clinical effect is better than comparison group.Conclusion Comparing with absolute ethyl alcohol on liver cancer treatment, injecting tumor body with Hua Chansu injection has good effect and clinical applicability.
