摘要
教师专业发展事关高校的兴衰,推动和支持教师专业发展是高校的战略任务。斯坦福大学在教师专业发展方面的基本思路是引导、推动、支持教师多样化、自主式发展;教师专业发展的制度设计上凸显了分段、全方位特征,力求推动教师专业发展中部门之间的分工协作;教师专业发展资源体系采取"线上+线下"结合模式,力求为教师专业发展提供资源支持;通过教师成长的"帮扶"机制建设,力求为教师专业发展提供实时咨询和帮助。斯坦福大学教师专业发展成功的原因在于:终身教职制度为教师专业发展提供了"动力"和"压力",保证了教师专业发展的效能;资源组织和管理支持为教师专业发展提供了坚实的保障;基于发展主题的"项目制"提升了教师专业发展的针对性和实效性。
Promote teachers' professional development is a strategic task, which is vital to university development. The basic idea of teachers' professional development of Stanford University is to promote teachers' autonomous development and diversified development, which have been proved to be correct and effective by the development of Stanford University. The system design of teachers' professional development is featured by phased and multi-facet, which aims at setting good division and cooperation among departments in teachers' professional development; the resources system of teachers' professional development have been settled by model "online and offline", which guarantee the resource requirements to be satisfied without delay, and providing consulting service to help teachers succeed in professional development through construction of the help and support mechanism. The success of Stanford University in teachers' professional development can be attributed to the following: pressure and motive force resulting from tenure system that guarantee efficiency of teachers' professional development, the excellent resources system and management system that support the professional development of teachers; the projects that designed according the different theme which improve the focalization and actual effect of teachers' professional development.
