摘要
本文通过问卷调查和对问卷结果的统计处理,从目前大学的行政管理、学术管理和民主管理等三个方面对“211工程”大学和非“211工程”大学之间、教育部属大学和省、自治区、直辖市属大学之间、东南部地区大学和西南部地区大学之间在组织管理上的差异进行了分析,并推出了两种极端综合类型大学组织管理的现存模型和理想模型,探讨了两种极端综合类型大学从现存模型向理想模型转换的特征。
Through questionnaire investigation and statistics from the three aspects of university administration, academic management and democratic management, this article analyzes the differences between the “211 Project” universities and the non--“211 Project” universities, the universities under the Educational Ministry and the universities under the provinces, autonomous regions and the cities directly under the Central Government, the universities in the southeast and the universities in the southwest. Based on the analyses, it generalizes the management models and the ideal management models of the two comprehensive universities and presents some features of the transformation into the ideal management models.
