钴镍铬铁钼钨铼特种轴尖合金中铼的测定方法研究

摘要 本文研究了钴镍铬铁钼钨铼特种轴尖合金中铼的测定方法。确定了用氢氧化钠沉淀分离干扰——丁二酮肟光度法测定铼的最佳条件。试样用王水溶解,浓盐酸蒸赶剩余硝酸,氢氧化钠沉淀分离钴、镍、铬、铁、锰等大量干扰元素;柠檬酸掩蔽剩余的钨、钼、铌、铝等金属离子,丁二酮肟光度法进行测定。含铼1.60%时,相对标准偏差为1.08%,方法简单快速,适用于铁、钴、镍基合金中铼的测定。 A method for the determination of Re in CoNiCrFeMoWRe special axle-neek alloys has been studied. The optimum condi- tions for the determination with precipitated separation in terfere by alkali (NaOH)—speetrophotometric method using demethylglyoxime were suggested. Samples are resloved by aqua-regia and the remained nitric acid was evaporated by hydrochloric acid. Co, Ni, Cr, Fe, Mn elements are precipitated by alkali (NaOH) and separated. W, Mo, Nb, Al and small amount of other metal ions are covered with citric. Re is determined by speetrophotometric method using dimethyiglyoxime. The relative standard deviation is 1.08% for 1.6090 Re, The method is simple and rapid and can be applied to the determination of Re in Iron, Cobalt and Nickel alloys.
