摘要
本文介绍了用工艺试样热湿拉强度、高水湿压强度和膨润土的液性极限来测定膨润土的极限活化量。通过对若干种膨润土极限活化量的测定发现,对同种膨润土,由三种方法测得的极限活化量都基本相同,高水湿压强和液性极限的方法对没有热湿拉强度仪的厂家更为实用.同时还发现各种膨润土的极限活化量并不相同,所以通常活化型砂用膨润土,活化剂加入量固定为膨润土量的4~5%并不都是适宜的.
It was studied that eetermined activation quantity of pentoniteby hot and damp strength,high water pressure strength and liquiditylimit of bentonite in this paper.The experimental results show thatthat it is equal activation quantity determined by above three methotson one tyqe of bentonite.The experimentaI resuIts show that activation quantity wasrifferent for different bentonite.When activatod bentonite,it is non-dational that activator put in bentonite in the same percentage (4—5%).
