摘要
目的观察中医中药内服外用法治疗偏头痛各型的疗效。方法 120例偏头痛患者通过辨证论治分为6个证型,以川芎茶调散加全蝎、蜈蚣为基础方加减,配合外用中药治疗4个疗程,观察总有效率。结果中医中药治疗偏头痛各型的总有效率为86.67%。结论中医中药在治疗偏头痛上有优势。
Objective： To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral and external use in treating various types of migraine. Methods： 120 patients with migraine were divided into 6 types through syn- drome differentiation. Observe the total efficiency after 4 courses of treatment with Chuanxiong mixture plus scor- pion, centipede adding or subtracting and external use of Chinese medicine. Results： Chinese medicine treatment of migraine of each type had the total effective rate of 86.67%. Conclusion： the traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the treatment of migraine.
