Alzheimer病的早期诊断研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Alzheimer病是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,发病率逐年增高,已成为继心脑血管疾病和肿瘤后第三大危及人类生命健康的疾病。AD常起病隐匿,逐步出现记忆力减退、认知功能障碍、精神行为异常等症状,最终死于感染等严重的并发症,目前主要依靠出现痴呆症状后,评估精神量表方能诊断。而一旦临床症状出现则发生持续进行性的智能衰退而无缓解。临床诊断的AD患者基本都处于中晚期,现有的治疗均难以取得满意的疗效。
