摘要
采用X70管线钢,对不同壁厚的落锤试样分别进行落锤试验和大能量摆锤冲击试验。对这两种试验方法结果进行对比,研究两种试验方法的剪切面积是否一致,以及剪切面积与吸收能量之间的关系。结果表明,两种试验的试样剪切面积基本一致;对大能量摆锤试样,剪切面积与吸收能量之间存在一定的关系,吸收能量随着剪切面积的增加而提高,其具体的关系还需要经过大量的试验才能建立数学模型;对不同厚度的大能量摆锤冲击试样,其吸收能量的比值与厚度的比值不一致。
Using X70 pipeline steel to conduct DWTT and high energy pendulum impact test respectively for DWTT specimens with various thicknesses. In this article, it compared the results of two kinds of test methods, studied that whether the shearing areas of two methods are the same and the relationship between the shearing areas and the absorbed energy. The results showed that the shearing areas are basically identical; For high energy pendulum impact specimens, there is a certain relationship between the shearing area and the absorbed energy: the absorbed energy enhances with shearing area increasing, the specific relationship still needs to establish mathematical model go through a large number of tests. For high energy pendulum impact specimens with various thicknesses, the ratio of the absorbed energy is inconsistent with the ratio of thickness.
