摘要
针对桥梁建造现场中焊缝点固及结构焊接主要采用手工焊方法进行的特点,为保证焊接接头具有优良的性能,采用CJ607Q焊条匹配WNQ570钢2种交货状态下的3种规格钢板进行了手工焊接试验。试验结果表明,接头拉伸性能和冷弯性能优良,接头过热区主要为贝氏体组织,焊缝金属主要为细小的针状铁素体组织,焊缝具有优良的低温冲击韧性;焊缝表层与中心全断面焊缝HV10硬度值均小于250,接头具有较低的时效敏感系数及较高的低温冲击韧性。
In bridge construction,the weld point solid and structure welding are mainly conducted by manual welding, and the performance requirements of welded joint must be excellent. In this article, the manual welding tests were carried out on 3 kinds of steel plate under 2 delivery conditions by adopting CJ607Q welding electrode matching WNQ570 steel. The results indicated that the tensile strength and cold bending of welded joint are excellent, the superheating area of welded joint are mainly bainite structure, the weld metal are mainly fine acicular ferrite structure, and the weld is with good low-temperature impact toughness. The HV10 hardness values of weld surface and the center of weld both are less than 250 HV10 , the welded joint is with aging sensitive coefficient and high impact toughness at low temperature.
