摘要
重点介绍武钢首批试制的大跨度桥梁钢WNQ570超厚板手工焊的研制进展。按照大桥局提出的焊接技术条件,对桥梁用WNQ570钢超厚板进行手工焊接性能试验。研究结果表明:采用CJ607Q桥梁专用焊条匹配WNQ570钢超厚板(80mm),接头力学性能达到了大跨度桥梁制造焊接技术要求,并具有优良的综合力学性能。
This article is focused on the progress in the development of bridge steel WNQ570with extra thickness and its matching shielded metal arc welding rods in WISCO.As per the welding technical requirements proposed by the Bridge Bureau,weldability tests with shielded metal arc welding(SMAW)were carried out on the firstly produced 80mm thick plate of WNQ570bridge steel.The results show that the SMAW joints with the CJ607Qrod are of good comprehensive properties,can completely meeting the welding technical requirements of the long-span bridge.
