摘要
采用光电催化氧化处理工艺对生物燃料乙醇醪液进行了处理。采用两电极体系TiO2纳米管阵列做阳极,Pt片做阴极,紫外灯作为光源。研究了不同pH值、外加电压对降解效率的影响。结果表明:当外加电压8 V,pH=8,稀释10倍水样,反应时间120 min,水样COD去除率达到99.12%,出水COD=43 mg/L,符合国家GB8978-1996标准。
Photoelectric catalysis oxidation process has been used for degrading biological fuel ethanol wastewater, using UV lamp as light source, TiO2-NTs electrical as anode and Pt as cathode. The effects of additional electrical field intensity and pH of the solution on the removal rate of COD are investigated. The results show that the best additional voltage during the process of photo electrocatalysis is 8 V, pH of 8.0, the 10 times diluted,and reaction time 2 h, the COD removal rate reaches 99.12% (COD =43 mg/ L). Drainage water quality meet the national standard GB8978-1996.
