摘要
目的：探讨妇科生殖道发生病原体感染的具体情况，对临床治疗方法进行总结。方法：分析2011年3月-2013年3月来笔者所在医院妇科门诊治疗的420例生殖道病原体感染患者的临床资料，对这些生殖道病原体感染患者的感染率及年龄分布情况进行探讨。结果：420例生殖道病原体感染患者中，31~40岁的患者共214例，占50.95%，明显高于其他年龄段的患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。出现滴虫感染的患者148例，占35.24%，其中单纯滴虫感染78例，占18.57%。与其他病原体感染率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在生殖道病原体感染患者中，主体为31~40岁这个年龄段的妇女，其中滴虫性阴道炎最为普遍，因此患者在生活中一定要认识到保持阴部卫生的重要性，努力降低生殖道病原体感染的发生率。
Objective：To investigate the specific circumstance of gynecological reproductive tract pathogen infection,the clinical treatment methods were summarized.Method：The clinical data of 420 cases with reproductive tract infections treated in author’s hospital gynecological outpatients from March 2011 to March 2013 were analysed,the pathogen infection rate and the age distribution of patients with reproductive tract pathogen infection were explored.Result：In 420 cases of reproductive tract infection patients,31-40 years old patients had 214 cases,accounting for 50.95%,that was significantly higher than other age groups, and the differences had statistical significance compared with them（P〈0.05）;there were 148 cases with trichomonal infection,accounted for 35.24%,the pure trichomonas infection patients had 78 cases,accounting for 18.57%.By comparison with other pathogens,there were significant differences in the infection rate, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the reproductive tract infection patients,the subject is 31-40 age group of women,trichomonas vaginitis is the most common,so patients in the life must recognize the importance of maintaining pubic sanitation,to reduce the incidence rate of reproductive tract infections.
