职称评审中业绩成果贡献度划分的研究和应用

摘要 研究人才评价中业绩成果的量化办法中,通过分析专业技术人员申报材料中业绩成果与完成人排序之间关系,发现业绩成果与排名之间的一般规律。引入自然衰减函数,构建数学模型,拟合业绩贡献度划分曲线,得到相同业绩成果中不同完成人业绩成果的量化成绩计算公式,并以此编制了业绩成果查询表,在职称评审工作中得到应用。应用情况表明,本业绩成果计算方法能客观正确反映专业技术人员的业绩成果,具有较好的推广应用价值。 This article studies talent evaluation in the performance results of quantitative method, based on the analysis of professional and technical personnel filing performance results and the relationship between persons involved sort, find general law between performance results and rankings. Introducing the natural attenuation function, constructs the mathematical model of the performance contribution partition curve fitting, get the same results in the performance of the different persons involved performance results to the formula of quantitative results, and compiled the performance results query table, applied in the title appraisal work. Application shows that the calculation method can objectively correct performance results reflect the performance of professional and technical personnel, has good application value.
