摘要
培养创新型人才是各类院校肩负的重要历史使命,实验教学作为我国实施科学素质教育的基本教学环节,是培养学生创新能力、实践能力和创造精神的有效途径。文中从改变实验室管理理念,建立开放型实验室和设立创新基金项目等方面分析了我校实验教学改革对人才创新能力培养的重要性。
The cultivation of the innovatory personnel is an important historical mission of all kinds of colleges and universities. The ex- perimental teaching acting as a basic teaching link in the implementation of scientific quality education, is the effective way to cultivate students＇ innovation ability, practical ability and creative spirit. In the aspect of change of laboratory management idea, the establish- ment of open laboratory and innovation fund project, this paper has been analyzed the importance of the experimental teaching reforma- tion on the training talent innovation ability.
