摘要
实验教学是提高学生分析和解决问题的能力、培养实践能力和创新精神以及检验学生是否具有综合运用理论知识能力的实践性教学环节。但目前实验教学中还存在一些普遍问题,如重理论、轻实践,内容陈旧、模式单一,考核流于形式,能力培养弱化,教学人员水平差异大,教学队伍不稳定等问题。文中针对目前高校实验教学普遍存在的问题,分别从实验教学定位、教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、考核评价以及队伍建设等方面进行了讨论,提出了针对上述问题的改革措施,为实验教学改革提供重要参考。
The experimental teaching is to improve students' ability to analyze and solve problems, developing practical ability and in- novative spirit and to test whether students apply theoretical knowledge with comprehensive practical teaching ability. But there are still some experimental teaching common problems, such as heavy theory and practice of light, outdated content, a single model, assess- ment becomes a mere formality, capacity building weakened, large differences in the level of teaching staff, teaching force instability problems. Aiming at the common problem of experimental teaching, respectively, from the experimental teaching position, teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching methods, evaluation, and team building are discussed, proposed to address the problem of reform measures for the experimental teaching reform provide an important reference.
