摘要
通过分析现有创新实验室的人才培养方面的不足,提出了升华创新实验室功能,提升学生工程能力的思路,在着力提高学生的工程意识、工程素质、职业道德和实践能力方面进行了有益的探索和实践。对培养应用型本科人才,特别是到了工作岗位后就能承担研发任务的工程技术人员有重要的参考意义。
This analyzes the insufficiently of the personnel training in existing innovation laboratory and put forward the idea that subli- mating the function of innovation laboratory, enhance students＇ engineering ability. A beneficial exploration and practice has improved students＇ engineering consciousness, engineering quality, occupation ethics and practice ability was take. It has important reference significance for cultivate application-oriented talents, especially when to the work, can bear the task of research and development of engineering and technical personnel.
