摘要
细胞因子在急性胰腺炎发病机制的作用日益被重视,其中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)作为急性胰腺炎发病过程中极其重要的因子及其在疾病中的作用也同样被重视。TNF-α不仅通过对胰腺、肠道、肝脏等多器官的损伤,导致机体出现严重的炎症反应,还介导其他炎症因子的释放,加重对机体的损伤。
The role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis is increasingly valued, in which the tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-a） as an important factor in pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis process and its role in disease are equally valued. TNF alpha not only in the pancreas, intestinal, liver and so on multiple organ damage, causing severe inflammation, the body also mediates the release of inflammatory cytokines and other heavier damage on the body.
