摘要
目的探讨三种药物治疗方案治疗广泛性焦虑症的成本-效果分析。方法对三种药物治疗方案治疗广泛性焦虑症进行成本-效果分析,并对可能影响因素做敏感性分析。结果阿普唑仑组不良反应总发生率明显高于曲唑酮和坦度螺酮两组(χ2=7.68和7.44,P<0.01),坦度螺酮组性功能障碍发生率明显高于曲唑酮组(χ2=16.03,P<0.01),坦度螺酮组嗜睡发生率明显低于曲唑酮和阿普唑仑组两组(χ2=16.51和11.94,P<0.01)。成本-效果分析示坦度螺酮组成本-效果比最高(16.78),阿普唑仑组最低(7.73)。敏感性分析示降价后成本-效果比与原分析基本一致。结论阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症治疗方案较曲唑酮和坦度螺酮为佳。
Objective To discuss the cost-effect analysis of three drugs＇ therapeutic regimen to treat generalized anxiety. Methods Cost-effect analysis of three drugs＇ therapeutic regimen to treat generalized anxiety was made with the current documents ,and sensibility analysis was made on the possible influence factors. Results The occurrence rates of untoward effect in trazodone group and tandospirone group were much lower than that in alprazolam group （X2=7.68 and 7.44, P〈0.01 ）. The occurrence rate of sexual dysfunction in trazodone group was much lower than that in tandospirone group （x2=16.03 ,P〈0.01 ）. The occurrence rates of drowsiness of patients in trazodone group and alprazolam group were much higher than that in tandospirone group （x2=16.51 and 11.94, P〈0.01 ）. The cost-effect analysis showed that the highest cost-effect rate was tandospirone group （16.78）, while the lowest was alprazolam group （7.73）. The sensibility analysis showed that, the cost-effect rate after the price had been reduce, was approximately the same as the original analysis. Conclusion Compared with trazodone and tandospirone, alprazolam is the better therapeutic regimen to treat generalized anxiety.
