摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法 80例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组雾化吸入布地奈德,治疗组同时加用孟鲁司特钠口服。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率为92.5%,对照组治疗后的总有效率为75.0%,观察组治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的日间咳嗽症状评分、夜间咳嗽症状评分均较治疗前及对照组患者明显改善(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组的复发率为2.5%,对照组的复发率为10.0%,随访1年,观察组的复发率为10.0%,对照组的复发率为20.0%,两组复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘可以提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,降低复发率,值得推广和应用。
Objective To investigate montelukast combined budesonide treatment of children with clinical efficacy and safety of cough variant asthma. Methods All 80 cases cough variant asthma children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 40 cases. Control group treated with budesonide inhalation, in the same time the treatment group added montelukast sodium orally. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5% after treatment, while the control group was 75.0 %（P 〈0.05）. After treatment, patients rated daytime cough, night cough symptom scores improved significantly compared with pre-treatment and control group patients （P 〈0.05）. Follow-up for six months, the recurrence rate of was observation group was 2.5qv, the recurrence rate of the control group was 10.0%, Follow-up for 1 year, observed groups recurrence rate was 10.0%, the control group recurrence rate was 20.0%, the difference of the recurrence rate was statistically significant between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast combined budesonide in treatment of children with cough variant asthma can improve clinical outcomes and improve clinical symptoms, reduce the relapse rate, worthy of promotion and application.
