摘要
目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症在各年龄段女性中的发病率,分析发病的相关因素.方法 研究组患者260例,均为2011年6月-2013年5月来我院就诊的子宫内膜异位症患者,对照组为随机选取的同期来本院就诊的非子宫内膜异位症妇科患者260例.对相关因素进行分析.结果 25～50岁年龄段为子宫内膜异位症的好发年龄,40～44岁时患者的发病率高达24.62%.个体因素：职业为干部及技术人员、学历在大学以上、血型为A型及O型的患者具有较高的发病危险性（P ＜0.05）.月经状况：初潮年龄≤13岁、月经周期＜27d、经期≥8d及原发性或继发性痛经的患者具有较高的发病危险性（P ＜0.05）.生殖活动：产次为1次、人流次数不低于2次、原发或继发不孕、避孕方式为IUD患者具有较高的发病危险度（P ＜0.05）.子宫内膜异位症发病的危险因素包括月经周期、经期、人流次数及初潮年龄（P ＜0.05）;保护因素包括孕次及产次（P ＜0.05）.结论多种因素均会对子宫内膜异位症的发生造成影响,临床应采取相应措施对相关因素进行预防及干预.
Objective To investigate the endometriosis incidence in all age women and analyze the related factors. Methods There were 260 cases with endometriosis in the research group, they were selected from June 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital for treatment, There were 260 healthy objects in the control group, they were randomly selected on the same period as the patients of the research group in our hospital. The related factors were analyzed with statistical methods. Results The good age for endometriosis was 25 to 50 years, the incidence of the endometriosis in 40 to 44 years old women was as high as 24.62%. Individual factors：the professional was cadres and technical personnel, education was beyond the university, the blood type was A or O of patients had higher risk of onset （P 〈0.05）. Menstrual status： menarche age above 13 years old or less, menstrual cycle 〈 27 days, menstrual period ≥ eight days and primary or secondary dysmenorrhea patients had higher risk of onset （P 〈0.05）. Reproductive activities： the production time was one time, the number of abortion was not less than 2 times, primary or secondary infertility, IUD was the contraception for patients had higher risk of disease（P 〈0.05）. The pathogenesis of endometriosis risk factors included menstrual cycle, menstrual period, the number of people and the menarche age （P 〈 0.05）. Protect factors included pregnant time and production time （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Many factors could affect the occurrence of endometriosis, we should take corresponding measures to prevent and intervene the relevant factors.
