摘要
目的探讨和比较阿立哌唑与利培酮在精神分裂症患者中的临床治疗效果。方法选取2012-01—2012-12我院所收治的90例精神分裂症患者作为临床研究对象,随机分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组,每组45例,阿立哌唑组患者采用阿立哌唑片治疗,而利培酮组则采用利培酮片治疗,并分别对2组患者的临床治疗情况和不良反应发生情况进行比较和分析。结果阿立哌唑组显效率和总有效率分别为51.11%和86.67%,均明显高于利培酮组的20.00%和71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阿立哌唑组不良反应以嗜睡为主,而利培酮组以锥体外系为主。阿立哌唑组锥体外系不良反应的发生率较利培酮组显著降低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症,其疗效确切,且不良反应发生率低,可作为精神分裂症患者较为理想的药物。
Objective To explore and compare the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and risperidone on schizophrenia. Meth- ods 90 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital January from 2012 to December 2012 were selected, and were divided into aripiprazole group and risperidone group randomly, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in aripiprazole group were treated with aripiprazole tablets. The patients in risperidone group were treated with risperidone tablets. The clinical treatment and ad- verse reaction of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with risperidone group, the rates of cure and total effective of aripiprazole group were increased significantly, up to 51.11 ~ and 86.67 ~, there were significant difference （P^0.05）. The main adverse reaction of aripiprazole group was lethargy, and of risperidone group was extrapyrami- dal. Compared with risperidone group, the incidence of extrapyramidal adverse reactions in aripiprazole group were lower, there were significant difference （P^0.05）. Conclusion Aripiprazole is efficacious and safe for the treatment of schizophrenia and is the ideal choice of clinical treatment for patients with schizophrenia.
