疏肝活血方对子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后复发率与IL-8的影响被引量：6

摘要目的:探讨疏肝活血方对气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后复发率及血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法:将83例本病患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组41例,对照组予术后常规治疗,治疗组患者腹腔镜术后给予疏肝活血方加味。观察2年内患者复发情况,并测定治疗前后患者血清IL-8的表达水平。结果:治疗组1、2年复发率分别为4.8%、11.9%,对照组1、2年复发率分别为14.6%、24.4%,治疗组1、2年复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-8表达水平均下调(P<0.01),治疗后两组比较,治疗组血清IL-8表达水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝活血方能降低气滞血瘀型内异症患者腹腔镜术后复发率,并下调患者IL-8表达水平。
