摘要
目的探讨高职学生乐观人格、专业承诺与学业成就的关系。方法采用乐观人格问卷和专业承诺问卷对563名高职学生进行调查。结果①相关分析表明,高职学生乐观人格、专业承诺与学业成就均呈两两显著正相关(r=0.092~0.345,P〈0.05)。②中介效应检验表明,专业承诺是高职学生乐观人格与学业成就的完全中介因素(t=2.041—8.710,P〈0.05)。结论高职学生乐观人格对学业成就预测作用是通过专业承诺这个中介因素实现的。
Objective To explore the influence of optimistic personality and professional commitment on academic achievement of vocational students. Methods A total of 563 vocational college students were investigated with optimistic personality questionnaire and professional commitment questionnaire. Results (1)Bivariate correlation suggested that optimistic personality, professional commitment and academic achievement were correlated significantly with each other( r = -0. 092 ~ 0. 345 ,P 〈 0.05 ). (2)Regression analysis suggested professional commitment was a mediator factor between optimistic personality and academic achievement ( t = 2. 041 - 8. 710, P 〈 0. 05 ; t = 0. 737,P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Professional commitment is a mediator variable between optimistic personality and academic achievement.
