摘要
目的调查朝鲜族青少年心理资本的发展现状。方法采用美国心理学家Luthans等人开发的心理资本量表(PCQ),随机抽取延边地区朝鲜族中小学校643名学生及山东地区的720名汉族学生进行心理资本发展现状的问卷调查,并对其进行分析研究。结果朝鲜族青少年的心理资本发展水平较高,在心理资本(F=4.11,P﹤0.05)及其希望(F=12.033,P﹤0.001)、乐观(F=3.28,P﹤0.01)维度上均存在年级差异,但不存在性别差异。心理资本(F=3.821,p﹤0.01)及其自我效能感(F=4.346,P﹤0.01)、乐观(F=3.849,P﹤0.001)维度的民族差异较显著,整体发展趋势是在不同年级阶段呈下降趋势。结论朝鲜族青少年的心理资本发展水平较高,在民族和年级上有不同的发展趋势。
Objective To Investigate the status of psychological capital development of Chinese Korean adolescent. Methods A to- tal of 643 Chinese Korean adolescent in Yanbian area and 720 Chinese adolescent in Shandong area were inspired and analyzed by Psy- chological Capital Questionnaire of Luthans and et al. Results The psychological capital developmental level of Chinese Korean adoles- cent was higher and there were grade differences on psychological capital( F = 4. 11, P 〈 0.05) and its hope (F = 12. 033, P 〈 0.001 ) and optimism dimensions (F = 3.28, P 〈 0.01 ), but there was no gender difference; There were more significant national differences on psychological capital ( F = 3. 821, P 〈 0.01 ) and its self-efficacy ( F = d. 346, P 〈 0.01 ), optimism ( F = 3. 849, P 〈 0.001 ) dimen-. sions, at the different grade appeared downward trend. Conclusion The developmental level of Chinese Korean adolescentg psychologi- cal capital is high, and it has different grade and national developmental trend.
