摘要
目的:探讨菜籽油涂抹方法在老年慢性肛周湿疹患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的88例老年慢性肛周湿疹患者随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组由经受过培训的护士对患者实施以常规疗法和菜籽油肛周涂抹,对照组给予常规疗法。比较两组患者疗效及红肿、皮疹和渗出消退时间与瘙痒程度。结果:试验组患者疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),红肿、皮疹和渗出消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05),瘙痒程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:菜籽油涂抹疗法能够提高老年慢性肛周湿疹患者疗效,缩短病程,减轻瘙痒程度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the application effect of smearing rapeseed oil on aged people with chronic perianal eczema.Methods：88 research subjects in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group.Trained nurse were assigned to give routine care as well as smearing rapeseed oil for the experimental group and only routine care to the control group,recording clinical effect and assessing fade time of swelling,rash and effusion,in addition,the score of itching degree.Results：The effect of the experimental group was higher than in the control group （P ＜0.05）,and redness,rash and exudate subsided time were shorter than the control group （P ＜ 0.05）,pruritus scores were lower than the control group （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion：Conclusion：The application of rapeseed oil painting therapy can improve chronic perianal eczema patients,shorten the course of disease,relieve itching degree,is worthy of clinical application.
