摘要
采用中药熏洗治疗肛门湿疹51例(治疗组),并与常规皮炎平治疗组的49例(对照组)从症状、皮疹、复发率等方面进行比较分析,结果显示:治疗组总有效率90.2%,对照组为87.8%,两组有较显著性差异(p<0.5),随访3个月,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。提示中药熏洗法治疗肛门湿疹有明显效果及良好的远期疗效,可作为常规的治疗方法。
cases of using fumigation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating anus eczema (treat group) and 49 cases of using Piyanping Ointment(control group) were taken to compare and analyse their symptoms 、erythrism、recurrence rate etc. The result showed there was significant difference between these two groups (P<0.5) for the cure rate of treat group was 90.2% while the control group 87.8%. Patients were followed up for 3 months. It was found that recurrence rate of treat group was much lower than that of tradifional control one. Therefore, fumigation therapy of Chinese medicine should be considered as general treatment method because of its obvious and long-term good curative effect.
