摘要
目的:探讨非惩罚护理失误登记表在提升护理质量中的应用效果。方法:设计并利用非惩罚护理失误登记表,培训护理人员接受护理失误人性化处理方式,将其作为缺陷资源共享,制定有效整改措施,使用追踪法进行持续质量改进。结果:护士对护理管理工作满意度提高。结论:采用非惩罚护理失误登记表实施人性化管理,有效提高护理质量。
Objective：To investigate the effect of non-punitive nursing error registration form in improving the nursing quality.Methods：A non-punitive nursing error registration form,the training of nurses and nursing mistakes humane treatment,will share its defects as resources,establish effective rectification measures,the useful of tracking method for continuous quality improvement.Results：Satisfaction of nursing management was improved.Conclusion：The non-punitive nursing error registration form for the implementation of human management,effectively improve the quality of nursing.
