摘要
目的调查医院护士给药差错报告的现状,分析护士给药差报告错障碍的因素。方法采用自行设计的护士给药差错上报障碍调查问卷对某市6所医院的688名护士进行调查。结果研究对象中有54.9%认为在其职业生涯中曾经遇到过给药差错,仅有33.1%的护士认为所有的给药差错都上报了;导致给药差错报告障碍的主要因素有:害怕被领导责备,害怕病人产生一些不良后果,差错没有严重到需要去报告。结论我国也普遍存在着给药差错的上报率不高,差错报告不足的现象。不同的工作环境会导致给药差错报告障碍的差异,需要尽快建立一个非惩罚性安全文化环境和有效的差错自愿报告系统,促进病人安全。
Objective: To explore the current status and barriers to nurses' reporting of medication administration errors in hospitals in China. Methods: 688 nurses from 6 hospitals were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire. Results: Over half (54.9%) nurses admited they occurred the administering medicine error, and 33.1% of nurses reported the error. The main reasons included the fear of leaders' blame, the fear of patient's adverse consequences and negligence. Conclusions: The under-reporting of medication errors among nurses was common in china. Different work environment resulted in different barriers to nurses' reporting of medication administration errors.
