摘要
目的选择理想的眉再造术式。 方法通过对 5年中 46例 73侧眉缺损不同手术方法修复的回顾性分析 ,遴选理想手术方案。 结果颞浅血管额支头皮岛状皮瓣修复眉缺损的优良率为 89% ,其次为颞浅动脉顶支头皮岛状皮瓣、头皮游离移植、头发种植等方法。 结论颞浅动脉额支头皮岛状皮瓣是修复眉缺损的首选术式。
Objective To determine the operation method of first choice for eyebrows reconstruction. Methods 46 patients with 73 eyebrows defect were treated by different kinds of reconstructive operations according to their individul condition. Results From the follow-up results of postoperative courses, we found that the satisfactory ratio of reconstruction by frontal superficial temporal artery (STA) scalp island flap(SIF) transposition was 89% which was notably higher than that of other methods. Conclusion The frontal STA ISF transposition is the operation of first choice for eyebrows reconstruction.
