摘要
目的分析手术室低年资护士手卫生行为的现状,寻找相应的对策,提高手卫生的依从性。方法采用不同时间点观察手术室低年资护士手卫生情况,分析低年资护士手卫生行为的现状,探讨对策。结果改进前手术室低年资护士在洗手执行率、合格率方面明显低于高年资护士,具有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。分析原因,采取相应的对策加以改进1月,其洗手的手卫生执行率及合格率与改进前相比,均有明显提高(P﹤0.05)。结论通过加强低年资护士手卫生行为的教育,同时加强监督力度,可提高手卫生的执行率及合格率,增强手卫生行为的依从性。
Objective Analyze the current situation of junior nurses＂ hand hygiene in operation room and find out the countermeasures to improve its compliance. Methods Observe junior nurses＂ hand hygiene in operation room in different time and analyze the current situation of junior nurses＂ hand hygiene and further discuss the countermeasures. Results The implementation rate and qualified rate of hand-washing for junior nurses in operation room before improvement were significandy lower than those of senior nurses （P〈0.05）. After one month＇s improvement, the implementation rate and qualified rate of hand- washing for junior nurses increased significantly compared with the performance before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the hand hygiene education and supervision on junior nurses could improve the implementation rate and qualified rate of hand-washing as well as the behavior compliance of hand hygiene.
