教育培训促进手卫生依从性的效果评价 被引量：9

摘要 目的评价手卫生宣传教育对医护人员手卫生依从性的效果。方法采用ATP生物荧光检测和现场观察方法,对医院开展手卫生宣传教育活动前后医务人员手卫生依从性进行监测与评估。结果开展手卫生宣传活动后,医师的手卫生依从性从30.8%上升到64.6%,洗手正确率从75.0%上升到86.3%,手卫生合格率从73.4%上升到83.0%。护士的手卫生依从性从54.4%上升到88.4%,洗手正确率从83.8%上升到92.5%,手卫生合格率从82.6%上升到91.7%。结论通过开展手卫生宣传活动,提高了医务人员的手卫生依从性和手卫生质量。
