摘要
高职院校图书馆建设发展中存在有定位不明确、馆藏质量不高、人员整体素质偏低等诸多问题。针对这些问题,本文拟在人员队伍建设、特色馆藏建设和图书馆功能拓展几个方面提出建设构想。
There are many problems in the construction of Higher Vocational College Library, such as： the positioning is not clear, the quality is not high and the overall quality of workers are low. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the construction conception in terms of team construction, characteristic collection construction and Junction of the library.
