文章就图书馆文化在图书馆建设发展中的定位、特征、作用等进行考量,力图说明图书馆文化不仅服务于图书馆建设发展,更是图书馆建设发展的精神动力。
In this article,the positioning,features and functions etc.of library cultures in constructing and developing libraries are considered to demonstrate that the library cultures not only serve but also they are the intellectual impetus for constructing and developing libraries.
