摘要
目的探讨某快速反应部队基层军官职业倦怠的现状及与个体因素的关系。方法 2012年5—10月对某快速反应部队72名基层军官应用职业倦怠问卷进行调查。结果 72名基层军官中,职业倦怠总分>43分者占50.00%,情绪衰竭得分>13分者占80.56%,低个人成就感得分>17分者占48.61%,去个性化得分>11分者占61.11%。≥30岁军官职业倦怠总分、低个人成就感和去个性化得分均高于<30岁军官(P<0.05,P<0.01)。不同学历、职务、受奖情况、户籍和婚姻状况者职业倦怠评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该部基层军官职业倦怠情况较严重,≥30岁的军官表现更明显,应积极采取有效措施进行干预。
Objective To explore the relationship between statuses of job burnout of officers with individual characteristics in a fast response unit. Methods The job burnout questionnaires were filled in by 72 officers in a fast re- sponse unit. Results Among the 72 officers, the percentage of more than 43 scores of job burnout reached 50.00% ; the percentage of more than 13 scores of emotional exhaustion reached 80.56% ; the percentage of more than 17 scores of di- minished sense of personal achievement reached to 48.61% , and the percent of more than 11 scores of depersonalization reached 61.11%. Scores of total job burnout, diminished sense of personal achievement and depersonalization in of- fleers, who were or under thirty years of age, were significantly higher than those of officers who were less than thirty years old (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ). The differences of scores of job burnout among persons with different educations, jobs, encouragement conditions, birth places and marital status showed no statistical significances (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Job burnout of officers in the unit is significant, especially in officers who are or less than thirty years old. So active and effective intervention should be taken.
