摘要
目的探讨饮食习惯与肠易激综合征(IBS)的相关性。方法对海军总医院消化内科2010年1月—2013年1月因腹部症状就诊的患者和健康体检中心的体检人员采用自行设计的依据罗马ⅢIBS诊断标准[4]并结合IBS相关饮食习惯的调查问卷进行问卷调查,将调查问卷合格的IBS 3242例设为观察组、健康体检者1520例设为对照组,对两组饮食习惯进行分析比较,并对产生的影响因素进行Logistic分析。结果两组在食物过敏史、进食早餐、节食状况、喜好甜食、进食水果蔬菜频率、喜好饮茶或咖啡方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经常节食、喜好甜食、喜好饮茶或咖啡为IBS患病的危险因素(P<0.05),而进食早餐、进食水果蔬菜频率高为IBS的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论良好的饮食习惯对于控制肠易激综合征的症状和降低发病率有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation between eating habits and irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods Patients visited doctors for abdominal symptoms in gastroenterology department and healthy controls taking medical examinations during January 2010 and January 2013 received the questionnaires designed on Rome HI diagnostic criteria for IBS combined with food habits related to IBS. A total of 3242 patients with IBS, who were qualified to fill in the questionnaires, were chosen as observation group, while 1520 healthy controls were chosen as control group. Eating habits in the two groups were analyzed and compared, and the influencing factors were examined by the logistic analysis. Results The differences between the two groups in history of food allergies, eating breakfast, dieting status, eating sweet food, frequency of eating fruits and vegetables , drinking tea or coffee showed statistical significances （P 〈 0. 05）. High frequence of dieting, eating more sweet food and drinking more tea or coffee were risk factors of IBS （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; while eating breakfast and high frequency of eating fruits and vegetables were protective factors of IBS （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Healthy eating habits is helpful for preventing the symptoms and reducing the IBS incidence rate.
