摘要 为保证计算机联锁系统的安全运行,预防事故的发生,针对其安全评估数据量少,存在模糊的特点,提出基于灰色模糊理论的计算机联锁系统安全评估模型。从人-机-环三个小的系统出发,建立计算机联锁系统的安全评估体系,以专家打分作为实验参数,利用灰色模糊理论,构造评价矩阵,确定指标关联度及权重集合,建立相关的数学模型,实现对其安全性的评价;通过分析评估结果,找出系统中的安全薄弱环节,实现预防和降低安全事故发生的目的;结果表明:该方案适用于计算机联锁系统的安全评估工作;提高了对于计算机联锁系统安全评估的客观性和有效性,使安全评估工作成为了一种合理有效的安全管理方法。 In order to ensure the safe operation of the computer interlocking system and prevent the happening of the accident, because safety assessment data are incomplete and uncertain, the computer interlocking system safety evaluation model based on the theory of grey fuzzy is put forward. Considering man -- machine -- environment three systems, safety evaluation system of computer interlocking system is set up, use the expert scoring as experimental parameters, the theory of grey fuzzy is used to construct evaluation matrix and determine the index of correlation degree and weight set, relevant mathematical model is established to evaluate its safety. By analyzing the evaluation re- sults, the securities vulnerabilities in the system are identified and the goal of prevent and reduce safety accidents is achieved. Results show that the method is suitable for safety evaluation of computer interlocking system, the objectivity and effectiveness of safety assessment for computer interlocking system is improved. This method make the safety evaluation work become a kind of reasonable and effective methods of safety management.
