摘要
以SMR5#标准胶替代烟胶片,并适当调整其他组分和用量,开发设计新航空轮胎胎面胶试验配方,并与生产配方进行对比研究。结果表明,在胎面胶中采用SMR5#标准胶替代烟胶片,胎面胶的300%定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,成品航空轮胎的性能提高。
By using SMR5 ^# standard natural rubber to replace ribbed smoked sheet,and adjusting other components and dosage appropriately, the new aircraft tire tread compound formula was developed, and its properties were investigated and compared with the current product. The results showed that,the 300% modulus and tensile strength of the new tread compound increased, and the performance of the finished tire improved.
