摘要
针对子午线航空轮胎先进制造技术的要求,结合地面运输子午线轮胎成熟的成型制造技术,研制出了用于生产高性能子午线航空轮胎的成型设备。该设备自动化程度高,极大地降低了操作工人的劳动强度,成型质量稳定可靠,特别是实现了窄带束条复杂曲线的缠绕技术,为研制高性能的子午线航空轮胎提供了装备保障。
Aim at requirements of radial aircraft tire advanced manufacturing technology,combine with mature building manufacturing technology of ground transportation radial tire,develop building equipment for the production of high performance radial aircraft tire.The equipment with high degree of automation greatly reduces the labor intensity of operating workers,be stable and reliable building quality,especially realizes complex curve winding technology of narrow belt,provides equipment support to develop high performance radial aircraft tire.
