摘要
以LiCO3和V2O5为原料,采用固相配位化学反应法合成了层状锂钒氧化物LiV3O锂离子正极材料。通过TG-DTA得出该合成反应的机理及其动力学模型。考察了合成条件对产物的影响。结果表明:550℃左右烧结24 h可得到单一相产物LiV3O8。TEM图显示其形貌及粒度都较好。
Using LiCO3 and V205 as material,the lithium vandium oxide LiV308 prepared by solid state ligand reaction method, the synthesis reaction mechanism and its dynamic model are obtained by TG - DTA. The effect of synthesis condition to products ane investigated. The resule shows, sintering 24 h un- der 550 ℃ ,the single- phase LiV308 can obtained. The morphology and radius are good by TEM image observation.
