PCI术应用血管缝合器与动脉压迫止血器的止血效果比较

摘要 目的：探讨PCI术应用血管缝合器与动脉压迫止血器的止血效果.方法：我院行PCI术患者230例随机分为观察组116例和对照组114例,分别采用血管缝合器及动脉压迫止血器止血,予以心理护理及术后护理,观察两组止血效果和并发症情况.结果：观察组止血时间、术肢制动时间、卧床总时间及并发症均显著少于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论：PCI术应用血管缝合器止血效果良好,安全性高,并发症少.
