摘要
目的:验证心理健康双因素理论在中国高中生中的适用性。方法:采用问卷法对1213名高中生消极、积极两个层面的心理健康情况进行调查。结果:对不同模型进行比较,心理健康双因素模型的拟合指数最为理想,能够对心理健康内部结构做出最好的解释;依据该理论的四分法对学生的心理健康状态进行划分,不同心理健康状态的高中生,在学业压力感受和学业情绪上差异显著。结论:心理健康双因素模型适用于我国高中生,心理病态和主观幸福感是心理健康的两个重要指标,能够从积极和消极两个层面共同描述高中生的心理健康水平。
Objective: To verify the applicability of the dual-factor model of mental health in Chinese high school stu- dents. Methods: Data of 1213 high school students on positive and negative indicators of mental health was collected by questionnaire. Results: In the comparison of two hypothesized models, the dual-factor model of mental health had the bet- ter construct validity. There were significant differences on academic stress and emotions between groups with different mental healthy status. Conclusion: The Dual-factor model of mental health is applicable for Chinese high school students; both psychopathology and subjective well-being are important indicators of mental health.
