摘要
随着硫脲类抗甲状腺药物在临床的广泛应用,由其诱发的疾病也越来越被重视。硫脲类抗甲状腺药物所诱发的抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体相关小血管炎、药物性狼疮、关节炎综合征等风湿性疾病为少见疾病。根据近年文献研究报道,本文对抗甲状腺药物所诱发的上述疾病的研究成果做了总结,以期对其做出及时、准确的诊断,从而有效防治、改善预后。
OBJECTIVE With the thiourea antithyroid drugs widely used in clinical, the disease induced by them are taken more and more attention. Rheumatic diseases such as Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody associated vasculitis and Drug-in duced lupus as well as Arthritis Syndrome are rare diseases. According to research reported in the literature in recent years, this paper made a summarty to the research of these diseases as mentioned above which are induced by Antithyroid drugs, in order to make a timely and accurate diagnosis, so to effectively control and improve prognosis.
