远程初学者的学习支持服务研究——基于英、美、澳三所开放大学的比较 被引量:5

摘要 国内外远程学习者辍学研究均已表明,学习者在远程学习初期的适应阶段最易发生辍学。这一研究发现使得远程初学者的支持服务成为各国开放大学学习支持服务系统中备受重视的内容。本文以单一模式的英国开放大学、一体化双重模式的澳大利亚南昆士兰大学以及美国凤凰城大学虚拟校园为个案,通过比较研究来探讨开放大学远程初学者支持服务的目标、内容与方式,为我国正在转型中的开放大学的初学者支持服务实践提供启发。
